AREAS OF FOCUS
Robotics
Learn the essentials of robotics (programming, coding, and electronics) while you progress through a series of activities to develop a deep understanding of physics, mechanics, computer programming and design. Students will apply their new knowledge and skills towards solving real-world problems while developing soft skills that will help them navigate the work world.
Drones
Learn the basics of flight, techniques, and strategies to become a expert in Drones or (Unmanned aerial vehicles). Students will experience hands-on step-by-step training during Drones 101. Students will leave knowing how to pilot a drone safely and position themselves to enter more advanced training.
Engineering
Learn the ins and outs of basic engineering and technology through an upbeat hip-hop experience. Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical, Chemical, lessons will expose you to exciting hands-ons labs that will deepen your knowledge of the Engineering world and place you in the most optimal position to succeed in advanced Engineering platforms.
eSPORTS
One of the hottest spaces in STEAM industry, you will experience a full court press of fun while playing your favorite games. Learn about the ecosystem surrounding eSports and find out which one of the high paying careers can land in your lap. Students will be immersed in team play in some of your favorite games like Call to Duty, Rocket League, Brawlhalla, Smite, etc. As a 1.3 Billion dollar industry, eSports is sure to have a space for you.
Music Production
Everyone loves music and with iSTEAM music production course you will learn valuable industry standard strategies and techniques to put you in line to contend with some of the industries hottest music producers. Students will learn the basics of music production and create their very own song.
Career Readiness
It’s never too early to start thinking about which direction you want to go in regarding your career. Students will receive an all inclusive experience to help them have a glimpse into certain careers they may be interested in as a tryout to see if it’s something they really want to pursue. Students will use resources that will take them through finding what they would like to be when they grow up and students will walk away with a plan of action to pursue the career of their dreams.
Financial Literacy
It’s never too late to learn about MONEY and how to leverage it to enhance your quality of life. Students will learn the basics and start planning their financial future while having fun. Students will walk away with a plan of action that will increase their knowledge and wealth.
Math
One of the best skills to have as you embark on your career journey, Math is critical for success. Our scholars will have a one on one tutorial experience that will immerse them in developing skills to become better at math. Our certified teachers will work one on one with each student to focus on an individualized learning.
